What are the responsibilities and job description for the Well Technician- Level C position at Well Service Company?
We are a growing Well Services & Drilling company seeking a reliable and motivated full-time licensed NC Level C Well Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose repair well service work; well inspections, pump installs, tank changes, filtration system installs etc.
- Drive company vehicles and transport equipment to job sites.
- Troubleshoot and repair water system issues using mechanical knowledge.
- Collect and interpret water quality and system performance data.
- Assist in water treatment processes to ensure a clean, safe water supply.
- Follow all safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
- Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting 50 lbs (e.g., pipe, wire).
What We’re Looking For
- Must have a NC Well Contractor Level C License
- At least 3 years of experience with a Level C license
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and professionally.
- Dependable and committed to high-quality service.
- Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
- Team player
- Plumbing experience is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
