Job Description:

Our holistic women's clinic is seeking a warm, dependable Medical Assistant to join our growing team. We take a root-cause approach—supporting women through natural, functional, and integrative care—and we’re looking for someone who shares that same passion.

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome and room patients with compassion and patience
• Take vitals, update medical histories, and assist with provider visits
• Support functional lab testing, specimen collection, and other lab tests as needed
• Manage and organize lab orders, supplies, and patient follow-up
• Provide education and comfort measures to ensure a positive experience
• Collaborate closely with the care team to support smooth patient flow and exceptional care

What We’re Looking For:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA,) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA)
• Women's health experience strongly preferred
• Warm, nurturing personality and ability to build trust with patients
• Interest in holistic, integrative, or functional medicine
• Attention to detail in maintaining accurate patient records.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) software
