Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and handling multi-line phone systems.
  • Maintain organized records through data entry, filing, and calendar management.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks and assist with administrative duties.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various clerical tasks.
  • Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
  • Support customers with product information, order processing, and follow-up communications.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
  • Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse customer base.
  • Experience as a dental or medical receptionist is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Ability to handle clerical tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining office management functions.

Hours This is a permanent set schedule!

Monday and Wednesdays 1:30 - 8 pm

Tuesdays and Thursdays 8:30 am - 2:30 pm

Saturdays 7:30 - 1

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Work Location: In person

Salary : $17 - $19
