A global investment firm is seeking a highly skilled and confident Executive Assistant to support two executives in the San Francisco office. This role requires an experienced EA who is comfortable partnering with senior leadership in a fast-paced finance environment.
The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and able to manage competing priorities with discretion and sound judgment. This is a critical support role with high visibility and close interaction with leadership. The firm is working on a hybrid scheduled, 3 days in office (downtown SF) and 2 days remote.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to executives
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination across multiple time zones
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Serve as a gatekeeper and trusted partner, helping manage priorities and workflow
- Prepare materials, track action items, and support meeting follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders as needed
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably within finance, investment management, or a similarly demanding environment
- Proven ability to work with senior leadership and manage up effectively
- Assertive, confident communication style with strong professional judgment
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation setting
