Responsibilities:
- Take pride in your work
- Be on time to ensure timelines and deadlines are met
- Take your job seriously, not so much yourself (we’re all goofballs here)
- Cleaning according to company standards established during training
- The ability to execute Cleaning Service Schedules according to each client’s specifications
- Acceptance of feedback on performance and a willingness to implement necessary changes quickly
Qualifications:
- 18 years and older
- Good physical stamina & strength - able to be on your feet, cleaning for hours at a time, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Highly proficient in Reliability
- Must have a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle
- Must be able to work independently while also coordinating with the managerial team
- Must pass a drug test and background check
- English (Required)
