Treasury Analyst

Position Summary

We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to support high-volume treasury operations within a complex US healthcare organization with multiple joint venture (JV) entities. This role is responsible for managing cash flow and banking activities across a diverse portfolio of wholly owned and JV-managed facilities.

The position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to navigate multi-entity ownership structures, and experience handling large transaction volumes tied to healthcare revenue cycles. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with revenue cycle teams, and corporate finance to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

Cash Management Oversight

• Perform daily cash positioning across multiple legal entities, including joint ventures with varying ownership structures
• Assist in monitoring and managing liquidity to meet operational, debt service, and distribution requirements
• Assist in developing and maintaining short- and long-term cash forecasts at both entity and consolidated levels

Joint Venture Treasury Operations

• Coordinate treasury activities across JV entities, ensuring alignment with governance structures
• Prepare and manage cash distributions, capital calls, and intercompany funding arrangements, as well as payment of intercompany balances
• Support onboarding of new JV entities, including bank account setup and treasury integration

High-Volume Transaction Processing

• Execute and monitor outgoing payments including vendor disbursements, payroll funding, and partner distributions
• Execute and monitor cash allocation structures
• Ensure timely processing of ACH, wire transfers, lockbox activity, and electronic remittances

 Banking Management

• Perform and review weekly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts and entities
• Investigate discrepancies, resolve exceptions, and escalate issues as needed
• Monitor cash collection trends across wholly-owned and JV entities and identify gaps or delays
• Bank account and bank account user maintenance activities including but not limited to adding/deleting users to banking portals and Quarterly user access reviews
• Maintain relationships with multiple banking partners

Compliance, Controls & Governance

• Ensure treasury activities comply with internal controls and JV governance agreements
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all transactions

Systems & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate processes within Treasury, including opportunities for bank account structural efficiencies.
• Assist with system implementations, integrations, and enhancements related to treasury operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 3–6 years of treasury, cash management, or finance experience, preferably in US healthcare
• Experience working with joint ventures, multi-entity structures, or complex ownership models
• Proven ability to manage high transaction volumes in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of US banking systems (ACH, wires, lockbox, controlled disbursements)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Netsuite) and banking platforms (e.g., JP Morgan Access)
• Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, reconciliations, large data sets)
