The candidate will be responsible for:
· Greet clients warmly and professionally, providing outstanding customer service
· Check pets in and obtain wellness information and secure in kennel
· Ensure vaccination status of every pet is up to date
· Handle phone calls and walk-in customers promptly, providing information on services, pricing, and appointment availability.
· Receive payments , walk dogs to front and record customer appointment notes
· Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize salon productivity while accommodating client and groomer needs.
· Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all areas of the salon
· Complete all training requirements
· Complete other tasks ask required by the team
Skills and Abilities:
· Candidates should bring a genuine passion for animals coupled with strong customer service skills
· Cheerful, friendly, positive team-oriented attitude - Attention to detail
- Stay focused and apply time management
- Be comfortable with all dog breeds, sizes, and health conditions
- Must be comfortable using computers
- Must report to work on time
Job Type: Part time
Hourly: $15-$16 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift (20 – 30 hours) – Tuesday through Saturday
- Start time 8:45am
- End time varies

Previous receptionist experience a plus
