Responsibilities
- Supervise medium teams of 6-15 field installers and electricians
- Coordinate project activities for new installations, maintenance, and repairs
- Conduct weekly site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards
- Oversee compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Provide technical troubleshooting and guidance during field operations
- Manage client communications and coordinate scheduling
- Deliver training and development to enhance team performance
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets
Preferred Qualifications
