The Senior Finance Manager – Brand Finance is a strategic business partner to Marketing and Commercial teams, responsible for driving financial performance, enabling brand growth, and ensuring sound investment decisions. This role leads financial planning, analysis, and reporting for key brands, providing insights that shape strategy and execution. - Collaborate with Brand, Sales, and Innovation teams to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and promotional investments.
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for assigned brands. Analyze P&L drivers and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
- Monitor brand performance against targets, providing actionable insights and variance analysis. Drive accountability for financial results.
- Partner with Revenue Management and Trade Marketing to assess ROI of marketing campaigns, innovation launches, and trade promotions. Support resource allocation decisions aligned with brand priorities.
- Partner with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Category teams to ensure alignment on volume, pricing, and margin strategies.
- Deliver clear, concise financial reporting and dashboards to senior leadership. Translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
- Drive high performance culture by providing guidance, direction and developmental leadership to direct reports.
- Champion change management behaviors and influence business partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance required. MBA and/or CPA preferred.
- 7 years progressive experience in Finance, ideally in CPG or brand-focused roles Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry required. GAAP: fundamental knowledge of, understanding of internal and external research methods for, and experience driving compliance of internal controls Systems and Tools: proficiency managing and making recommendations for efficiencies with systems and tools, expertise in Microsoft Excel required.
- Strong analytical skills with deep understanding of P&L management • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with Oracle EPM, Hyperion, or similar systems a plus • Excellent communication and presentation skills
The base pay range for this position is $142,000 to $199,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law. This pay range represents the anticipated salary for this position at this time.
