What You'll Do

You'll be the primary CA in the Erie office, which means you own the patient experience from start to finish. That includes:

Managing office flow and patient scheduling so the clinic runs smoothly and on time. Greeting patients and building the kind of relationships that make people want to stay on their care plan. Educating patients on their treatment, therapy options, and the value of consistent chiropractic care. Assisting with patient exams and therapies. Promoting internal events and care plan milestones. Maintaining practice statistics and supporting the doctor in hitting clinic goals. Answering phones when needed, though that's genuinely the smallest part of the job.

For the right candidate, there is a clear path to grow into a New Patient Concierge role, which is one of the most impactful positions in a chiropractic practice.

You are genuinely outgoing. Not performed outgoing. Actually energized by being around people all day. You have the kind of personality that raises the energy in a room when you walk in, and patients feel it.

You're organized and systems-minded. You can hold a lot of moving pieces at once without dropping the ball. You follow processes and help others do the same. You take ownership. When something needs to happen, you make it happen without being asked twice. You care about health. You don't need to be a chiropractic expert on day one, but a genuine interest in natural health and wellness will matter here. You're competitive in the best way. You want to hit goals, beat last week's numbers, and be part of a team that's building something.

Compensation and Benefits

$20.00 to $22.00 per hour, full-time, Monday through Friday. Benefits include paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan, Aflac supplemental coverage, company-paid travel and seminars, and free chiropractic care for you with discounts for your family.
