Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager to join our team at our Gainesville, TX plant. In this role, you will work directly with industry customers to support their tube and tank trailer, and high-pressure gas storage equipment needs. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of the industry, and be well-versed in Microsoft tools. While direct experience in the gas industry is preferred, it is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the Industrial Gas industry.
• Provide expert product knowledge and support to customers regarding tube and tank trailers and other related equipment.
• Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pricing information.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Previous sales experience, ideally in a technical or industrial field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with the high-pressure gas storage or related industries.
• Previous experience in sales management or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques to drive business growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Competitive salary range of $60,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience.
