Mid-Market Business Development Manager

Salary: $55,000- $65,000

Reports to: Director of Sales

We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the products and services that our customers rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong communication skills and the ability to effectively showcase our offerings in a compelling manner. 

Objectives of this role

·         Represent the company’s products and services, using consumer research as well as deep and comprehensive knowledge of how our solutions meet the needs of customers.

·         Achieve monthly and annual sales goals by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and tactics.

·         Generate leads and build relationships by organizing a work schedule to call on existing and potential customers

·         Develop and implement an action plan using knowledge of WW&L’s products and services and adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results.

Responsibilities

·         Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure that they receive exceptional service and to identify potential new sales opportunities.

·         Identify prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business.

·         Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections

·         Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following the selling process with potential buyers.

Required skills and qualifications

·         Three or more years of sales experience. 

·         Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills

·         High level of self-motivation and a drive for results.

Preferred skills and qualifications

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

·         Experience with sales management software and CRM.

·         Printing industry knowledge is a plus.

Job Details:

·         Position provides a salary plus monthly commission.  Starting salary based on experience.

·         Position has incentives for new business.      

·         Medical and retirement benefits

·         On-Site position exclusively for training and to gain hands-on experience.

·         Travel to conferences or trade show may be required.
