Welding Technologies is currently seeking a dependable individual to operate our Burn Table and to assist other coworkers by ensuring efficient workflow throughout the shop.
A Burn Table Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining the burn table. Which consists of loading/unloading material, plasma Oxy/Acetylene cutting, and hand grinding. You must track table operations, load programs and pick materials. This candidate will need welding experience, experience with CNC Burn tables, and Buggo track burners.
Our ideal candidate will also need to be familiar with order picking processes and stock replenishment. They will need to be proficient in using MRP systems. This candidate will need to have a strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management.
Burn Table Operation, Beveling BUGO Operation, and Press Brake Operation:
- Blueprint reading
- Material Grade understanding
- Inventory Management
- Inspection & QC
- Reports and Paperwork – Inventory Logs, Inventory Excel, Inspection Report.
- Lifting 10-60 lbs.
- Overhead Crane Operation
- Forklift Operation
- Maintenance and Upkeep
- 2 Years of Welding Preferred
- 1 Year Overhead Crane Preferred
- 1 Year Inventory Control Preferred
