As an Accounting Receivable Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our Accounting Team.
What You'll Do
- Billing outgoing shipments
- Sending Invoices
- Error Resolution
- Cash collections
- Entering Customer payments
- Taking Credit card payments
- Banking software
- Entering New Customers into our system
- Running Credit Checks
- Reporting
On-site, Monday thru Friday: 103 Queens Drive, King of Prussia, PA 19406
What You Bring
- 1-2 years of experience in accounting experience, or associates or bachelors degree in accounting (Required)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Must be available to work on site (Required)
