Residential Manager
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of people with developmental disabilities? Join our team as a Residential Manager and help lead a supportive, person-centered home environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a residential site
- Supervise and support direct care staff
- Ensure client needs are met per their care plans (ISPs)
- Manage scheduling, training, and communication
- Support medication administration and home safety
- Promote engaging community activities
What You’ll Need:
? High school diploma or GED (college preferred)
? 1 year of leadership experience
? 1 year working in IDD or similar field
? Strong communication and organizational skills
? Ability to lift 50 lbs and provide physical support
? Valid Ohio Driver’s License with than three violations in the past three years and no convictions of OVI, vehicular homicide, driving without a suspension, or tickets over 10 mph.
? Must pass background and driving checks
? Willingness to complete required certifications after hire
