You have excellent phone skills and know how to smile through the phone so patients feel welcomed even before they arrive. You are comfortable guiding patients through next steps, helping them schedule appointments, and making sure they feel confident about their visit.

You enjoy interacting with people throughout the day. Whether greeting patients when they walk in, checking them in for appointments, helping them get set up with therapy, or simply making conversation while they wait, you understand that small moments of connection help people feel supported and cared for.

You take pride in maintaining a clean, professional environment and are happy to jump in wherever needed. You are a team player who takes initiative, whether that means helping keep the office organized, preparing spaces for patients, or making sure everything looks welcoming and professional.

• Greet and acknowledge every patient who walks into the clinic
• Provide professional and friendly phone communication
• Manage scheduling and patient flow throughout the day
• Assist patients with check-in, therapy setup, and next steps in their visit
• Call patients after events to help them schedule appointments
• Follow up with patients who have not been seen in 90 days
• Send text reminders and assist patients in staying on track with care
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
• Support the team and jump in wherever needed to create a seamless patient experience
