Job Title: In-Home Care Provider (No Certification Required)
Pay: Competitive wages based on experience $21-24/hour
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
-Assist with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and bathing
-Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping
-Offer mobility assistance and help with exercise routines
-Remind clients to take medications and help with medical appointments
-Monitor client well-being and communicate any changes to supervisors
Qualifications:
-No prior certification required, though experience in caregiving or working with the elderly is preferred
-Compassionate, patient, and attentive to clients’ needs
-Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans
-Strong communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
-Must pass a background check
