Position Overview
The Senior Manager of Supply Chain Finance is a key finance partner to the Supply Chain organization, responsible for leading core FP&A processes, overseeing costing and inventory financials, and delivering actionable insights to drive business performance. This role combines strong financial leadership, operational partnership, and team development to support effective decision-making and continuous improvement.
This position plays a critical role in building and leading a high-performing team across FP&A, costing, and inventory, while strengthening financial discipline and visibility across the supply chain.

This role will be based out of our Waltham, MA headquarters where you will be immersed in a dynamic workplace where innovation thrives and collaboration is key.
Our company in-office schedule is designed to maximize collaboration & relationship building balanced with flexibility and well-being with 3 days in office and Thursdays/Friday being remote, flex days

What You'll Do
Lead Supply Chain FP&A
- Own the consolidated supply chain forecast and planning processes, ensuring clear visibility to risks and opportunities
- Partner closely with operations, procurement, and logistics leaders to understand key performance drivers and align financial plans
- Lead corporate costing and inventory finance, including standard costing processes, inventory valuation, and reserve methodologies (e.g., E&O)
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and strong controls across costing and inventory reporting
- Partner with operations and accounting to improve transparency into manufacturing and supply chain costs
- Oversee the supply chain financial reporting framework, delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights
- Translate financial results into clear, business-focused recommendations for leadership
- Support and help drive governance of supply chain productivity initiatives, including tracking and validation of savings
- Reinforce accountability and visibility to cost performance across the organization
- Oversee development of financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decisions and long-range planning
- Provide data-driven insights to optimize cost structure and improve operational efficiency
- Lead and develop a team including the Corporate Costing & Inventory Manager, Inventory E&O Analyst, Standard Cost Analyst, and FP&A support
- Provide clear direction, coaching, and development opportunities to build a strong finance pipeline
- Foster a collaborative, accountable, and continuous improvement-oriented team culture
- Ensure alignment of team priorities with broader finance and supply chain objectives
- Partner with finance leadership and cross-functional teams on key supply chain initiatives and transformation efforts
- Contribute to business cases, executive presentations, and ad hoc analysis
- Accurate and transparent supply chain forecasts, costing, and inventory reporting
- Strong financial controls and discipline across costing and inventory processes
- Clear visibility to cost drivers and productivity performance
- A highly engaged, capable team with strong bench strength
- Trusted partnership with supply chain leadership and finance stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
- 8–12 years of experience in FP&A, cost accounting, or supply chain finance
- Experience supporting manufacturing or plant operations
- Strong understanding of standard costing, inventory accounting, and manufacturing finance concepts
- Proven experience leading and developing teams
- Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence business partners

Salary : $150,000 - $155,000
