The Role
- Maximize market penetration and profitability by establishing and maintaining customer relationships.
- Achieve maximum unit sales volume, market penetration, profit return, full customer spend, and customer loyalty.
This position will be based in Billings, MT, and requires close proximity to the city due to customer visits.
Main Responsibilities
- Grow Welch's customer base in Montana territory.
- Increase customer spend to all Welch segments offered.
- Sales of forklifts - new and used, specialty product equipment, allied and racking sales.
- Aftermarket service agreements and repairs.
- Define customer-specific metrics and implement methodology for collecting, analyzing, and communicating.
- Develop account-specific pricing consistent with sales strategy.
- Elevate areas of concern and pull in support personnel as needed.
