Wekiva Springs Center is seeking a dependable and proficient Maintenance Technician to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals. Our Maintenance Technician responsibility is to support our Director of Plant Operations by providing maintenance care to our 120 bed behavioral health hospital; with regularly scheduled maintenance, inspections and minor repairs as needed. Conduct scheduled tests and inspections of the physical plan equipment. Complete a variety of repairs or maintenance that would include painting, carpentry, plumbing, electrical and HVAC. Complete environmental services duties as needed.

Qualified candidates must have the following:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2- year related maintenanc experience preferably in a healthcare setting preferred
• Able to do simple carpentry repairs and painting
• Excellent customer service skills

Scheduling:

Must be willing to be on-call for evenings and rotating weekends
