Job Summary
This role will work out of our New York City office assisting attorney(s) by providing clerical and research support services, including document preparation and review, legal research, and file organization.
Responsibilities and Duti
- esCommunicate with attorneys, clients, and other professionals to discuss assigned cases or project
- s.Analyze and research statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provides written analysis to attorney
- s.Develop and maintain records on specific case
- s.Draft legal documents including routine pleadings and motions, affidavits, and interrogatories; files motions and pleadings according to judicial procedure
- s.Interview clients and witnesses and prepare summaries of their statement
- s.Prepare, organize, store, and retrieves case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other item

The annualized salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,
000.
