- Maintain crew assignments for field employees
- Review and report site manpower counts to site supervision
- Maintain Fatigue Management reports
- Prepare and distribute daily force report
- Experience:
- Previous administrative experience is strongly preferred
- Experience with basic accounting and invoicing is desired
- Skills:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible and able to shift priorities based on business needs
- Organized
- General understanding of office basics
- Technology:
- Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to learn specific job-related software upon hire
- Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite Monday – Saturday, 58 hours per week.
