Summary
Weitron is seeking a reliable, motivated full‑time team member to support our warehouse and production operations. In this role, you’ll learn and contribute to our production line processes, helping us meet daily and long‑term production goals. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in quality work, shows up consistently, and maintains a strong commitment to safety.
As part of the Weitron team, you will be expected to use all required personal protective equipment and follow company, local, state, and federal guidelines at all times. Responsibilities
- Must be honest, ethical, hardworking and self-motivated to work independently or in a team
- Follow all necessary safety requirements, including consistently wearing designated personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Adhere to written and verbal instructions, as well as all Standard Operating Procedures as outlined by the company.
- Maintain a positive and enthusiastic attitude as you directly support the fast-expanding growth of the company!
- Physical requirements: ability to work in warehouse temperatures, stand for an 8-hour shift, bend/step/lift 35 pounds repeatedly.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Commitment to safety and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills with a willingness to collaborate as a member of the team.
