We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney licensed in Georgia with a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in first-party property claims, excellent advocacy skills, and the ability to manage cases from inception through resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle first-party property claims litigation from start to finish.
- Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct discovery, take and defend depositions, and manage client communications.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favorable outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications:
- Licensed to practice in Georgia,.
- Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, preferably in first-party property claims.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
