Role Description This is a full-time, Project Engineer role based in SoCal. The Project Engineer will coordinate and manage architectural sheet metal project submittals from design review through installation, ensuring technical accuracy, safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Daily responsibilities include drafting / drawings, reviewing drawings and specifications, submittals, supporting material selection, and collaborating with PM and Supers. The role will involve tracking project progress, addressing technical issues in the field, communicating with clients and stakeholders, and assisting in cost estimates and change orders. The Project Engineer will also help optimize processes, maintain documentation, and support compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with teams, clients, and subcontractors.
- Candidates should be familiar with CAD and shop drawings and submittals.
- Candidates should be able and willing to manage multiple projects at one time.
