- Direct Response Growth: Own direct-response programs for newsletters and premium trading and investment services. Continuously improve acquisition funnels, offers, customer journeys, conversion rates, and lifetime value.
- Media Buying & Traffic Generation: Direct paid and organic traffic initiatives across affiliate, YouTube, Facebook, and other relevant channels. Establish channel strategies, testing plans, efficiency targets, and vendor or partner relationships.
- Campaigns & Product Launches: Lead monthly product launches and integrated campaigns involving multi-million-dollar spend. Coordinate timelines, messaging, creative, media, technology, operations, and post-launch analysis.
- Hands-On Execution: Remain actively involved in campaign planning and execution, including reviewing copy, refining offers, analyzing dashboards, troubleshooting campaigns, and supporting team members through complex initiatives.
- Revenue & Sales Alignment: Work with sales and commercial teams to create demand-generation and sales-enablement strategies that strengthen conversion and accelerate revenue growth.
- Marketing Technology & Operations: Oversee the marketing technology ecosystem, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring reliable data, effective automation, scalable processes, and accurate reporting.
- Analytics & Optimization: Establish KPIs and reporting rhythms. Lead performance reviews, A/B tests, attribution analysis, segmentation, and ongoing optimization across the marketing funnel.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align marketing with product, technology, editorial, finance, customer service, and other teams to deliver a cohesive customer experience and achieve company objectives.
