Excellent opportunity to join a busy allergy, asthma and immunology practice with seven offices located in Riverdale, Paramus, River Edge, Morristown, Bridgewater, Edison, New Jersey as well as West Nyack, New York.
We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications for our Paramus and River Edge, NJ office:
- Excellent interpersonal skills including an enthusiastic attitude and empathy for the patients.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Team player. Work well with others within the organization.
- Willingness and motivation to learn the multiple aspects of a medical office.
- Detail oriented.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Available to work mornings, evenings and some Saturdays.
- Available to work in Paramus and River Edge, NJ
Responsibilities will primarily include:
- Answer phones.
- Enter insurance information.
- Schedule patient appointments.
- Scan and tag medical documents to EHR.
- Helping to keep the office tidy.
Availability to work in Paramus and River Edge, NJ is a must.
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
