Key Responsibilities
- Patrol and monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and security
- Respond promptly and effectively to alarms, incidents, or emergencies
- Use CCTV and other surveillance tools to detect suspicious activity
- Enforce site protocols and implement loss prevention strategies
- Manage conflicts calmly and apply de-escalation techniques
- Document incidents and prepare thorough shift reports
- Work with law enforcement or emergency responders as needed
- Administer CPR or first aid when required
- Stay informed on site-specific policies and security procedures
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of loss prevention and conflict resolution techniques
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is preferred
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and general security protocols
- Background in law enforcement or military service is a plus
- Quick situational assessment and sound decision-making skills
- Excellent observation and communication abilities
- Comfortable with basic technology, including tablets and computers
