Minimum qualifications
- MUST HAVE A CLASS "G" SECURITY LICENSE
- MUST SPEAK, READ AND WRITE ENGLISH FLUENTLY
- MUST PASS DRUG SCREENING
- MUST BE OVER 21 YEARS OLD
- MUST BE PROFICIENT IN THE USE OF COMPUTERS
- MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM ASSIGNMENT
- MUST HAVE A CLEAN 5 YEAR MVR

We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Site Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for monitoring premises through surveillance systems, responding to incidents, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
- Operate surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the premises.
- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies while following established protocols.
- Enforce security policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for all individuals on-site.
- Conduct regular inspections of property and equipment to identify potential security risks.
- Provide assistance during emergencies by administering first aid or CPR as needed.
- Document incidents and prepare reports detailing observations and actions taken during shifts.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to ensure effective incident resolution.
Experience
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with surveillance technology and CCTV operation is an advantage.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is preferred; training may be provided for qualified candidates.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with diverse individuals in various situations.
