Our platform, built on a Ruby on Rails API with AngularJS and React front-end, helps our clients manage appointments, track drug inventory, send reminders, and handle insurance claims. We deploy on AWS and are continuing to scale.
We're looking for a QA Engineer to help us grow and strengthen our infrastructure, streamline our development processes, and support our engineering team. What You'll Do
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand requirements and define test plans
- Design, write, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and API applications
- Identify, document, and track software bugs, ensuring clear communication with developers
- Participate in code reviews and sprint planning to advocate for quality from the start
- Define and improve QA processes, tools, and metrics as the team and product scale
- At least 2 years of QA or software testing experience
- Solid understanding of testing methodologies, QA processes, and defect tracking
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll wear multiple hats
- Bonus: experience in medical software

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
