Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced and self-motivated Business Analyst with great technical and analytical skills to curate, combine, synthesize, and analyze data from our software to architect, build and design internal and external business intelligence (BI) and visualizations.

Our Business Analyst will be a key member to our existing Data team. This position is responsible for building BI insights and visualizations leveraging our software data and various Looker components & tools (or similar programs such as Tableau or MS’s Power BI). This position is responsible for the successful delivery, design, and support of high visibility client reports, mobile reports, and dashboards. This individual will report directly to our Director of Data & Insights and Director of Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist our Director of Data & Insights on current objectives and initiatives
• Quickly learn the infusion center and infusion pharmacy industry
• Develop a deep understanding of our SaaS solution and its underlying data structure
• Build relationships with colleagues across the engineering and product teams
• Perform strategic analysis and research to identify new opportunities where business can be improved
• Create data visualizations to translate analytic results for broad understanding across the business
• Build scalable automation solutions using SQL and ETL tools to create leverage for yourself and the organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative major (Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, or similar)
• 3 years of experience in data science, business analytics, computer science, or related field
• Strong analytical and data skills, including experience with SQL
• Experience working with data visualization tools, e.g., Looker, IBM Cognos, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau
• Experience working with ETL tools (DBT or AWS DMS) is a plus
• Expertise in data and query optimization, query profiling, and query performance monitoring tools and technologies
• Self-starter who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment
• Posses analytical reasoning, intellectual curiosity, and strong attention to detail
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

$80,000 - $110,000 a year
