Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Paralegal role based in Ridgeland, SC. The Real Estate Paralegal will support attorneys in handling commercial and other real estate matters, including preparing and reviewing legal documents such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, closing documents, and related correspondence. Candidates should have experience administering real estate transactions, but the best candidates should be ambitious, energetic, friendly and smart, with a good head for numbers and a personality that is naturally inclined to provide friendly, proactive, helpful and detail-oriented service to our clients. Being a real estate paralegal means juggling several files and relationships at the same time efficiently and effectively, while being friendly and responsive to brokers, lenders, buyers, seller and attorneys.
