Based in San Diego, we are expanding rapidly and are seeking two Litigation Associate Attorneys (one junior‑level and one senior‑level) to join our Trust, Probate & Civil Litigation team.This role is different from most law firm positions.At Weiner Law, our attorneys are hired to practice law and continue developing as lawyers — not to sell, market, or build a book of business. You will never be expected to generate your own clients. We provide the platform, infrastructure, and consistent workflow so you can focus on what you trained to do: represent clients and handle meaningful legal work.

What You’ll Do

• Manage a caseload of civil litigation and trust & probate disputes from intake through trial
• Represent clients in trust, estate, and civil litigation matters
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, petitions, discovery, and related filings
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies
• Handle discovery, depositions, and motion practice
• Communicate directly with clients, providing clear, practical legal guidance
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to meet deadlines and achieve results

What We’re Looking For

• Active California Bar license (California residency required)
• 3 years of experience in civil litigation and/or trust & probate litigation
• Junior‑level attorneys (3–5 years) and senior‑level attorneys (5 years) are encouraged to apply
• Strong litigation, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing multiple cases in a fast‑paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $140,000–$220,000 annually, depending on experience and level
