Join our Administrative Team!
Weinacker’s Montessori School – Lake Forest Location (Daphne)
We are looking for a strong, motivated leader to join our team as a Childcare Center Director! This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, has excellent people skills, and takes ownership of their work and center success.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead daily operations and manage staff
- Build strong relationships with families and the community
- Oversee scheduling, enrollment, and center performance
- Use social media and marketing to grow enrollment
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Management experience (childcare preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and a team player
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and social media
- Montessori experience is a plus (we will train the right candidate!)
