Assistant Teacher – Join Our Montessori Team!
Weinacker’s Montessori is looking for a caring, dependable Assistant Teacher who loves working with children and thrives in a positive, team-focused environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Lead Teacher in daily classroom activities
- Help create a calm, engaging learning environment
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all children
- Assist with routines, meals, and transitions
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and staff
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Early Childhood or related field preferred
- Experience with children preferred (childcare or preschool)
- Patient, nurturing, and reliable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn Montessori methods (training provided!)
