We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and visionary leader to join our team as School Director. Our ideal candidate is committed to fostering a nurturing, engaging, and high-quality learning environment where children thrive and educators feel supported. The candidate must be prepared to take ownership of all aspects of the school. Communication is a very important aspect of this position. The candidate must have excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire staff to uphold our mission and values.
• Ensure excellence in curriculum delivery, classroom environments, and daily operations.
• Build strong relationships with families, staff, and the community.
• Manage enrollment, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in a Montessori, early childhood, or educational setting.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Montessori certification or knowledge a plus.
• Available to work during the hours 6AM-6PM
