AUTOMOTIVE TITLE CLERK
Weimer Automotive Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Title Clerk to join our Moorefield campus, which includes Weimer Chevrolet GMC, Weimer Ford, and Weimer Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram.
This position is responsible for processing vehicle titles and ensuring all vehicle transactions are completed accurately and in compliance with state regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process new and used vehicle title work accurately and timely
- Submit title and registration paperwork to appropriate state agencies
- Verify deal jackets for completeness and compliance
- Process title corrections, duplicate titles, and lien releases
- Handle out-of-state title transactions when necessary
- Communicate with customers, lenders, and government agencies regarding title matters
- Maintain organized electronic and physical records
- Assist with dealership administrative functions as needed
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous automotive title clerk experience preferred
- Automotive dealership office experience preferred
- CDK experience is a plus
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer systems
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and grow

COMPENSATION
$35,000 - $52,000 per year based on experience, qualifications, and automotive industry knowledge.
