Responsibilities
- Satisfy customers' needs in a timely manner
- Main point of contact for designated accounts
- Offer product solutions for customers using your technical expertise
- Promote value added services to customers
- Process customer quotes, orders and returns
- Go through a comprehensive training program to learn our products & services
- Expedite orders to satisfy customer timelines
- Other inside sales related tasks
- Do more than just enter orders and field complaints - be an asset to the entire team!
- 1 years inside sales experience
- Experience with power transmission products or industrial sales preferred, but we will train the right candidate
- Knowledge of Prophet21 (P21) ERP system a plus.
- Associates/Bachelor's Degree Preferred
