Weimer Bearing is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our expanding team in LaPorte, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and managing a dynamic sales territory.

Weimer is a premier hybrid supplier & manufacturer of mechanical power transmission, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic products. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow an assigned sales territory with daily travel
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
- Create lasting partnerships with local OEM and MRO customers
- Identify customer needs and provide effective product and service solutions
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer support
- Learn Weimer Bearing’s products, services, and sales process through a comprehensive training and mentorship program
- Consistently pursue opportunities for territory growth and long-term customer success
Qualifications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with your co-workers
- Proven ability to prospect, develop leads, and close business
- Willingness to travel daily throughout the assigned territory
- Outside sales experience preferred
- Experience in power transmission, bearings, or industrial sales is a strong plus
- Mechanical aptitude or industrial distribution knowledge is beneficial

Salary : $60,000 - $125,000
