The Role:
The Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives will play a key role in leading and driving enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. The role involves defining and shaping company strategy, and driving initiatives from insight through implementation by partnering with business leaders to deliver measurable results. The role reports to the Vice President of Strategic Initiatives and M&A, a member of the Executive Leadership team that reports directly to the CEO. This role is an individual contributor position with significant ownership and exposure to executive leadership, as well as the most critical elements that will drive the success of the next phase of PBB’s growth journey.
What You Will Do:
- Lead day-to-day strategic analyses that build a clear fact base to inform sound operational decision-making on PBB’s most critical initiatives.
- Collaborate with executives, internal teams, and external advisors to drive organizational transformation through the successful delivery of key cross-functional projects.
- Support and take ownership of key workstreams across the Mergers and Aquisition process, including:
- Maintaining a robust deal pipeline, sourcing and evaluating strategic opportunities.
- Supporting active transaction processes, including due diligence, deal structuring, and negotiations, while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.
- Supporting post-merger integration to ensure operational, financial, and cultural alignment.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the VP of Strategic Initiatives and M&A, helping drive communication and alignment with the Executive Leadership Team on growth and transformation initiatives.
- Prepare executive and board materials, drive cross-functional alignment, and ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

What You Will Bring:
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 3 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or corporate strategy
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to distill complex issues into clear recommendations and executable actions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executives and cross‑functional stakeholders
- High standards of integrity and professionalism
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in top-tier Management Consulting (e.g., MBB) or equivalent strategy experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting or leading key elements of M&A transactions
- Experience leveraging modern AI tools (e.g., for research, analysis, or productivity) to enhance quality and efficiency
Compensation Range:
$150,000-$180,000
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job related skills, experience, location, and relevant education or training.
