Our company may be 60 years old, but the real growth is just getting started.The Role:The ERP Administrator is responsible for managing, maintaining and ensuring the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system operates efficiently and meets the business needs. They facility reliable performance, data integrity, and security of the ERP system. The ERP administrator will develop departmental processes, policies, and procedures to ensure best practices in the administration and processing of ERP data. They will identify business problems, analyze and document business requirements, and contribute to the implementation of technology improvements. What You Will Do:Manages day-to-day support of the systems for the business users. This includes mass updates, ad hoc reports, and training.Analyzes, resolves, and documents system changes needed because of defects, enhancements, incidents, missing requirements or other root causes.Creates training materials and trains end users on ERP Functions.Analyzes and documents business processes and requirements for the business functions.Responsible for delivery of small IT projects and a team member on larger IT Projects.Provides business consulting support to end-users.Identifies issues and leads resolution efforts. What You Will Bring:Ability to engage effectively with business staff, using a customer centric approach, to support the day-to-day usage of the systems.Experience documenting processes using both workflow diagrams, data flow diagrams and process documentation. Data analysis skills using Excel pivot and basic SQL queries.Experience with a Tier 2 Manufacturing ERP (Syspro, Dynamics, QAD, Epicor) is a plus.Possess strong problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.1-3 years of relevant experience in IT Help Desk and ERP Administration in a manufacturing or distribution company.3-5 years of experience working with a Tier 2 Manufacturing ERP (Syspro, Dynamics, QAD, Epicor).Experience documenting business and system processes.
