About the Position
Weigel’s is seeking a dependable and self-motivated Field Specialist to support multiple store locations within an assigned region. This role is essential in ensuring each store is clean, safe, and fully prepared to deliver exceptional, 100% customer-ready experience. The Field Specialist works independently, travels between stores, and provides hands-on operational support that enhances the customer environment and supports store teams.

What You’ll Do
Exterior Responsibilities
• Detail clean fuel pumps and exterior trash receptacles
• Refill windshield washer fluid and blue towels
• Apply Liquid Gold to outdoor trash cans
• Pressure wash sidewalks, parking spaces, and canopy areas as needed
• Detail clean mulch beds, rock beds, and retention ponds
• Clean and pressure wash the dumpster enclosure
• Clean ice machines and propane cages
• Inspect canopy structures, exterior lighting, and security cameras
• Checking exterior property damage and safety concerns
• Report any issues requiring maintenance or support

Interior Responsibilities
• Detail clean gondola shelving, including removing all products and wiping down surfaces
• Deep clean restrooms: fixtures, walls, vents, lighting, and restock all supplies
• Clean beverage and beer coolers, including racks, vents, floors, and door ledges
• Stock, front, and face beer cooler product
• Organize and clean back stock rooms, including BIB stations and hoses
• Detail clean FOTG case and ensure coils are free of dust
• Deep clean deli area: shelves, stainless-steel equipment, walls, vents, cabinets, mop sink, smoothie station, and floors
• Deep clean deli freezers and coolers
• Report on maintenance needs, safety concerns, or operational issues

What You Bring
Required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to professionally respond to guest inquiries or concerns
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Windows environment; clocking in/out; completing digital documentation)
• Ability to read and write English, follow instructions, perform basic math, and maintain accurate documentation
• Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
• Professional and reliable work habits
Preferred
• Prior retail or convenience store experience

Physical Requirements & Work Environment
• Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
• Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work outdoors in weather conditions including extreme cold
• Ability to safely use cleaning agents and operate store equipment
• Travel between multiple store locations within assigned region
