This is an on-site, full-time Executive Producer role located in South Bend, IN. The Executive Producer will oversee a dynamic team, managing the production of local news broadcasts and ensuring content aligns with programming standards and editorial integrity. Responsibilities include coordinating story assignments, approving scripts, leading editorial meetings, and collaborating with reporters, anchors, and production staff to create high-quality broadcasts. The role also involves adhering to deadlines, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards, and driving innovation in storytelling formats and digital content collaboration.
- Strong background in News Production, Story Development, and Broadcast Journalism
