Job Roles and Responsibilities:
While continuing to hone your craft, you will
- Build your own skills by training apprentices to be the best in the business
- Work on a wide range of industrially-focused projects like water and waste water processing plants, and many others
- Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry while you lay out and organize tasks for apprentices, use formulas to determine pipe fill, device and panel size, plan and handle materials required for the job, and many other tasks
- Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships
Job Qualifications:
In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
- Have a minimum of 4 years documented field work or completion of a 4-year electrical apprentice program
- Have electrical experience in an industrial setting with water or waste water operations
- Have an excellent understanding of the electrical industry
- Enjoy being part of a team, providing leadership, and producing high quality electrical workmanship
- Be highly curious and motivated to continue your education and professional development
- Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites within a 50-mile radius
