- Project work is onsite in the Greater Denver area
- We are looking for individuals ready to or considering relocation to Colorado
Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M with gross margins over 13%
- Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites
- Independently start and manage projects
- Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices
- Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry

Job Qualifications:
In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will
- Have 6 years’ experience managing high dollar projects and large teams
- Current Foremen II and III will have 2-4 years of supervisory experience respectively
- Experience utilizing prefabrication
- Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license
- Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives
- Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship
- Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications
