Weichert Realtors is hiring a highly motivated and results-driven Regional President in our Northern, NJ Region. with a strong background and a keen understanding of the real estate market. The Regional President is the senior business leader for a Weichert Realtors residential real estate region in the company-footprint. The Regional President is responsible for implementing and executing the approved business plan and sales strategies to grow market share, revenue units and RCP across the sales offices that comprise the region. The President is expected to staff, coach, develop and manage a highly qualified team of sales leaders, including but not limited to Regional Assistant, Branch Vice Presidents, Branch Managers and Assistant Managers, that will ensure the targeted levels of sales production and sales force growth on an annual basis. The Regional President is also expected to manage key regional resources, including but not limited to Regional Development Coaches, Regional Sales Recruiters and Marketing Technology Specialists, to achieve targeted rate of returns (ROI). The Regional President is expected to foster and nurture a strong sense of the Weichert Community across their region that results in strong sales associate and colleague brand adoption and advocacy.
The position supervises the Regional Assistant, Branch Vice Presidents, Branch Managers and Assistant Managers, Regional Development Coaches, Regional Sales Recruiters and Marketing Technology Specialists across the region.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Implements and executes the annual business plan and financial plan to accomplish regional revenue units, Redefined Cash Profit (RCP) and sales force growth goals.
- Staffs, coaches, develops, and manages a highly qualified team of Branch Vice Presidents, Branch Managers and Assistant Managers.
- Directs and manages the targeted activities and results of key regional resources – Regional Development Coaches, Regional Sales Recruiters and Regional Marketing Technology Specialists that have been deployed to support sales production and sales force growth goals for specific sales offices and the region.
- Ensures that the Weichert Selling System and Sales Tools are aggressively and consistently used by Sales Associates across the region to prospect and close buyers, sellers and renters in order to achieve MTD and YTD sales, listing and rental unit and CO$ targets.
- Conducts weekly/monthly one-on-one meetings with Branch Vice Presidents, Branch Managers and Assistant Managers, Regional Development Coaches, Regional Sales Recruiters and Regional Marketing Technology Specialists across the region to monitor performance and to improve sales and recruiting behaviors as deemed necessary.
- Hosts a monthly Branch Vice Presidents, Branch Managers and Assistant Managers meeting.
- Leverages Regional Assistant to serve as valuable business administrative resource for key direct reports and all regional stakeholders (sales associates and colleagues).
- Manages day-to-day regional operations and metrics including, but no limited to: open houses, listing presentations, buyer consultations, farming activities, core calls, recruiting appointments, experienced and new hires, Tier 4 & 5 qualifications, etc.
- Promotes and manages the utilization of the All Under One Roof Customer Experience by managing sales associate adoption and support of mortgage, title insurance and settlement services, and personal lines offered by affiliated Weichert companies. Requires the use the Huddle Report as a vehicle to optimize sales associate market share adoption.
- Collaborates with the company Subject Matter Experts (SME(s)) in recruiting, marketing, university and technology to generate the targeted ROI from Regional Development Coaches, Regional Sales Recruiters and Regional Marketing Technology Specialists and the MyWeichert Platform.
- Fosters and nurtures a strong sense of the Weichert Community across the region that results in strong sales associate and colleague brand adoption and advocacy.

Minimum Qualifications
Education, Certification, and License Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- Real estate license for one or more of the states in which the employee’s region is located
- Real Estate broker-salesperson or broker’s license preferred
- Current, valid driver's license in employee’s state of residence
Experience
- Minimum five (5) or more years of active full-time residential real estate sales experience required
- Prior business and sales management required
- Recruiting experience of new and experienced agents strongly preferred
- Involvement with the local, state or National Association or REALTORS® preferred

- Thorough understanding of the residential real estate industry, including knowledge of practices and legal requirements related to the field of residential real estate and related real estate services and products
