Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Assistant located in Old Bridge, NJ. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level executive support, manage expense reports, and perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of daily operations. Responsibilities include managing schedules, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and serving as a professional point of contact within and outside the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks to support smooth office operations
- Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports with accuracy and timeliness
- Strong Executive Support and Communication skills for effective interaction with stakeholders and executives
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus
- Previous experience in a real estate or related industry is advantageous
