Role Description
Are you ready to take control of your career in real estate? At Weichert, Realtors® – Exclusive Properties, we’re looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Real Estate Agents in Tampa and St. Petersburg, FL.
As a Weichert® agent, you’ll enjoy the flexibility to create your own schedule, whether you want to work part-time or full-time. You’ll also have 24/7 access to two fully equipped office spaces—one in Tampa and one in St. Pete—giving you the tools, resources, and support you need to succeed.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Building relationships with clients and guiding them through the buying or selling process
- Managing property listings and showcasing homes
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of local trends
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Delivering outstanding customer service every step of the way

Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate FL License and comprehensive knowledge of real estate laws and regulations
- Customer Service skills with experience in providing high-quality client interactions
- Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and management of Real Property transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with the Tampa and St Pete real estate market is a plus
