Wehbe Marketing & Make It Happen is looking for a driven, organized, and motivated Office Manager / Executive Assistant to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do
Support day-to-day business operations
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and strategies
Manage billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking
Coordinate client projects and communications
Keep internal systems, calendars, and workflows organized and efficient
Key Responsibilities
Book keeping.
Execute and pay invoices on timely manner
Manage and deliver account receivables and account payables for our marketing clients.
Project Management
Manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
Ensure deadlines are met and deliverables are completed with excellence
Brand Management
Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and communications
Production assistance
Manage and collaborate on sponsor reads and podcast coordination
Social media boosting and posts. Daily and time sensitive.
Client & Business Development
Collaborate with clients to execute marketing strategies across digital, traditional, and experiential channels
Event Activation
Help plan and execute client activations at local events (some evenings/weekends required)
Executive Support
Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and handle correspondence for company leadership
Assist with daily priorities to maximize efficiency and productivity
Maintain strict confidentiality and professional communication
Qualifications
Strong writing and communication skills (required)
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, social media, and analytics
Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities
Ability to work in-office in Gainesville, FL (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM)
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and other tools is a plus
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field preferred—but not required
3–5 years of experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
