The Role
WeGrow LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to expand its commercial presence across the Midwest and Central United States. The exact territory will be defined based on the candidate's location, network and market experience.
The Territory Sales Manager will take ownership of developing WeGrow's business across the assigned territory, with the ongoing support and guidance of the Director North America and the wider international team.
This is a field-based role for a proactive and independent sales professional with strong knowledge of the agricultural inputs industry, an established regional network and a proven ability to convert new opportunities into sustainable business.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively identify, approach and secure new customers throughout the territory.
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified commercial opportunities.
• Develop new business with distributors, retailers, dealers, growers and other strategic partners, and execute a territory sales plan aligned with WeGrow's commercial objectives.
• Introduce, promote and position WeGrow's Nutrient Use Efficiency products, nitrogen stabilizers and inhibitors, biostimulants, Water-Soluble Fertilizers and/or other specialty plant nutrition solutions.
• Organize and support product introductions, field trials and demonstrations in collaboration with customers and technical partners.
• Monitor customer needs, competitors, pricing and relevant market developments.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, territory plans and regular commercial reports.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate the effective execution of sales agreements.
• Collaborate with WeGrow's technical, marketing, logistics, traffic and back-office teams to provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth order execution.
• Represent WeGrow at customer meetings, field activities, trade shows and industry events.
• Travel regularly throughout the territory.
Candidate Profile
• 5 years of B2B sales and business development experience within the agricultural inputs industry (fertilizers, biostimulants, crop nutrition or related products), with an established network of customers and commercial partners in the Midwest or Central US strongly preferred.
• Strong commercial judgment, negotiation skills and sufficient technical understanding to communicate product value effectively.
• Proactive, analytical and well-organized, with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a manager and an international team.
• Bachelor's degree in agronomy, agricultural sciences, agribusiness, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
